Sand & Summit draws its name from Charlotte’s unique position between the serene Carolina coast and the quiet beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains - two places that inspire a sense of ease, adventure, and connection.

Megan Schmitt
Megan is a mom of two and wife to her college sweetheart. She finds joy in caring for her plants, getting lost in a good book, shopping for beautiful things, traveling with her husband, and discovering new places with her family. Her heart is happiest at the beach and in the mountains - the inspiration behind the name Sand & Summit.
She believes a home should feel elevated yet effortless, a place filled with warmth, laughter, playfulness, and love.
