Discovery Call
Everyone starts here! This free discovery call allows me to learn more about your project and together, we can decide which design package works best for you. During this call, we will discuss our design process, fee structures, and schedule your initial in-home consultation.
Consultation
The in-person consultation takes place at your project location. It allows me to see the space, learn your design needs and preferences, discuss budget, and confirm your design package. Room measurements and photos will be taken at this meeting.
*A Discovery Call with Sand & Summit Interiors must be completed prior to booking a consultation.*

Design Packages
Full Service Design
Let me take it from here! Full Service Design includes the full design and 3D rendering of a single room or multiple rooms. I will manage the planning, design, ordering, and install so you can sit back and enjoy your new space.
Consultation must take place prior to booking.

Starting at $1500 per room
Room Refresh
Have a room that needs a minor decor refresh? The Room Refresh package allows me to space plan, shop your house, source and order new items, and put the finishing touches on your space.
Consultation must take place prior to booking.

Curated Design Board
Interested in seeing new ideas for your space? I will create a Curated Design Board for your space with links to purchase. After that, you take it from there! This is a great virtual option if you live outside of Charlotte.

Starting at $800 per room
Contract & Agreement
After your initial consultation, Sand & Summit will send your contract and design agreement. This document allows me to build the foundation of your design, including budget, timeline, and preferred mode of communication. Once the design agreement is signed, I can get to work!

Design Proposals
Initial Design Proposal
Now the fun begins! The initial design proposal can be viewed virtually or in-person. This proposal allows me to make sure I am headed in the right direction before beginning furniture and decor sourcing. My initial design proposal will include a mood board and possible furniture options. This is the time to give me specific feedback so I can incorporate the changes into the final design proposal.
Final Design Proposal
The final design proposal is your opportunity to visualize the transformation of you space. The meeting can be virtual or in-person. I will provide a mock-up of your space with the selected items and bring, space plans, and product samples for you to see and feel. After approval, I will begin ordering items for you space. If you chose the Curated Design Board package, you will receive links to all of your items.
Ordering & Installation
See you space transform during the ordering and installation phase. I will order all of your selected items, schedule and manage tradespeople, and book a delivery and installation day. Finally, I will work my magic to stage and style your room for the final reveal!
